Take Versatemp on your next adventure to expand the possibilities of your food and drinks spread. This portable electric cooler chills without ice but can also shift gears to keep things warm — all you need is your vehicle’s 12V auxiliary power outlet.

I picked up the Versatemp 28 Qt Portable Electric Cooler for road trips and it does exactly what the description says. It chills without ice, which saves a lot of room, and the option to switch it to warming is handy for keeping food hot on longer drives. It runs off the 12V auxiliary power outlet in my vehicle, so setup is simple. Capacity is good for a weekend of snacks and drinks. Docking one star because it depends on the vehicle outlet, but overall a solid pick for travel.
