The ICF 18 has been a great addition for road trips and camping. Being able to set the temperature from 0 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit means I can keep drinks chilled or freeze snacks without ever buying ice. It plugs into a standard wall outlet or my vehicle's auxiliary outlet, which makes it genuinely portable. The 20-quart size is compact but fits plenty for a day out. It runs quietly and cools consistently. If you want an iceless electric compressor cooler, this one does the job well.
