Picked this up for my Marine Elite 100 Qt and it snaps right onto the rivets in the lid without any fuss. The cushion is firm enough to sit on for a few hours of fishing but still comfortable, and it keeps the lid from feeling hard when you're perched up there. Marine-grade material seems like it'll hold up to sun and splashes. Only note is it's made specifically for that cooler, so it won't fit other lids. For the convenience it adds, I'm happy with it.
